Who to add next? Holmes? Santana/Dovydas? High rankings for Alemais, Steven Jennings (not to be confused with 90s pop singer Steven Jenkins of Third Eye Blind). Engelb Vielma, Pasquale Mazzacoli?

I'd vote to start adding the younger guys:

Ogle, Jennings, Kranick, Martin, Castro, Mitchell, Uselton, Lantingua, Apostel.

We've never had a player before (as far as I can remember) who hasn't played in the US yet, so Apostel will probably not get added. Lantigua is a name that nobody seems to mention but has been very solid in the Dominican and at Bristol last year. Kranick was lights out at Bristol last year too. I guess it's no longer where prospects go to die.

Sad state if affairs.   We need these hitters to take big steps and take them immediately.
That's a little harsh for a 20 yo who played in a pitchers league coming off an injured shoulder last season.

I am hopeful Hayes makes some big strides this year. He will still only be 21 at AA this year and the glove is major league ready by all accounts.

I think both Kranick and Ogle could breakout in WV this year.

Considering that the ML team is on track to disappoint this year, should look into streaming those WV games. If they choose to push their 2016 HS picks, that roster could include:

Sanchez, Lantigua, Cruz, Castro, Martin, Mitchell, Uselton, Baz, Kranick and Ogle.

I'd add Holmes & Ogle and dump Craig for now.

I don't remove players from the poll. Someone else asked for Craig. Didn't vote for him, but asked for him. I can run up to 15 players but don't really want to go that high; this poll goes to 11?

Looking at his stat sheet, I would think the org foolish to put him the AA until he can square the ball up and drive it somewhere  more consistently, otherwise they might as well move him to 2nd soon and get that process over with.

Is that shoulder why he had 5 xbh in 140ab  in rookie ball the year prior?  Rhetorical.

He has a lot of development to do for the bat to play.  He does appear to have plus defense (from reports) and speed, but it seems like somewhere along the line this org got into the UT middle infielder farming business.

So far, his stat sheet fits.  Another fine IF prospect who cannot drive the baseball (yet). Big year for him.

Think I'll run with Luplow until he gets in. Not a Hayes fan. Just haven't seen enough power. Luplow came out of nowhere last year but I think he's our best internal candidate for a 4th of, since Pirate management can't see that Adam Frazier is better there than the inf.
