Added the forgotten Kevin Newman in. I don't think this one will be close at all either. The fun should start at #3. Any comments, suggestions on who to add next, and general frivolity is absolutely expected.

I think Nick Kingham may be top 10 worthy, so he may be a good add

Kingham will definitely be an early add. Had him considered for the first 10.
