I guess it should come as no surprise but Shelton, who seems to believe that players should play as little as possible, loves the 7 inning d/h games and likes that the extra inning ghost runner shortens games. I've never seen an MLB manager so obsessed with having players not play and shortening games. Maybe baseball is not his true calling. I wonder if he could be replaced by someone who actually likes baseball.
