9-3 game, 2 outs bottom 9 no one on base. 8-15 record. Pham risks broken ribs with a home run robbing catch against the left field fence.

That was so pro.
Pham ended up having a great game. It started off rocky as he killed an early game bases loaded 1 out rally by hitting into a double play. He then pulled yet another Pirate specialty by trying to stretch a single into a double and was thrown out by 10 feet. However he ended up with 3 hits and made 2 excellent catches in LF including the game ending catch as you mentioned. He seemed more relaxed last night because he was contributing to the team. I know he is trying as hard as he can and it has to be difficult to hear boos everytime he makes an out. Hopefully he goes on a tear because we can’t afford an OF with a .150 average and no HR’s.
I am attending all 3 games with the Angels. Even with the Pirates enjoying one of their best games of the year, you could hear the Pirate fans in attendance yelling “Sell the Team”. They even got some Angel fans to join in! I’m glad that Nutting is getting all of this negative publicity but it has to be toxic for the players. Who would want to play for the Pirates under these circumstances?

Bring them some luck! You're 1-0. My record is 0-1, 0-5 for all the people who used my tickets, and the only game they won so far that I had tickets for, the people who were using my tickets didn't go because one of them got sick.

Are you going to the Dodger games also?

I never missed a Dodger Pirate game at Dodger Stadium for almost 30 years. I now live closer to SD and Anaheim. It’s almost a 2 hour drive to Dodger Stadium. The cost for tickets is absurd and they want $50 just to park. The Dodger fans are now like NY fans. Cocky and abrasive. Much better atmosphere for visiting fans at Angel and Padre games.
A few buddies and I will be traveling back to Pittsburgh for the Padre/Pirate series May 2-4. Of course they are mainly Padre and Dodger fans with one misplaced Guardian fan from Cleveland.
If you are going to any of those games let me know it would be great to meet you.

Do you have tickets already? I'll be at the Saturday game.

Be careful when you meet him, JR. He’ll want you to tickle him.
