Burdi signs with Padres

Nick Burdi has signed a minor league contract with the Padres. Perhaps the warmer weather and a new organization can work for him. He has gone through a lot of pain in trying to keep on pitching.

Likewise, hope everything works out positively for him. Great arm, hard worker, but keeps getting bad breaks healthwise.

I was hoping he would resign with the Bucs

He has the stuff to be a dominant closer if he could just stay healthy

Yeah. Gotta root for the guy. I hope he can put a career together.
