Yes, and no, in my opinion.

BOB has his faults. There's no getting around any of them, and there are many. He's cheap. He's incompetent. Probably aloof.

But, he's not stupid. This Reds guy is stupid. I would expect him to know better than to have said what he did. That may prove to be a costly error that he can't recover from.

At this exact moment, Joe Burroughs and the Bengals rule that roost.

BOB wants the money. He knows better than to say that sort of thing.

Further proof that most people have more money than brains.

Regardless of net worth, you cannot fix stupid.
