Did a quick count, and I believe that 22 of the 28 players on the active roster were acquired by BC. So much for longevity with 1 team in MLB.

Hope that Suwinski has a good 2nd game. We sure could use at least 1 of the team's younger outfielders being able to produce at the major league level.

Hope tonight Reynolds, Chavis, and Yoshi wake up. I thought with them, Hayes, and Gamel they had a pretty decent lineup with some pop. Perez hasn't made us miss Stallings, shame for Newman he was starting to really sting it.

Let's Go Bucs!

Actually, he should have been fired years ago.

So after 4 5 batters, Sam "I never met a batter I didn't want to walk" Howard has 2 3 walks and a HBP. I've never understood what the Pirates see in this guy. Other than 2020 when he only pitched 21 innings, he's always been a walk machine who gives up a lot of runs. Howard is a disaster waiting to happen every time he enters a game.
