I kind of like this lineup. Glad Hayes is hitting 4th. Let’s do that for a while and challenge him a bit. Glad Madris is at 1B. And happy Marcano is back. He played well in Pitt earlier.

4-0 Brewers already as Doc's nemeses strike again.

Hayes drives two in to make it 4-2.

It’s remarkable how many times Wong gets a hit off of Pirates pitching. I fully believe the Brewers would’ve won last night’s game had Counsell not pinch hit for him with runners on base in the 7th or 8th inning. That was an insanely bad decision.

Heineman pulls up lame as a result of running hard to first. This leaves us with Delay as the only catcher on the roster if Heineman has to go on the IL.

I’ll wait here by my phone in case BC calls.

The replacement will have to be added to the 40 man roster. The obvious solution is to open that slot by DFA'ing VanMeter and adding the catcher plus one of the Indy infielders already on the 40.

Chavis gets the Bucs to within one and reaches 3rd with one out. 4-3 bad guys.
