I like Chavis, he plays hard and has hit decently. But I’d sure like to see a real 1Bman, one who can hit for power and handle the position well, before I retire from this mortal coil.

Nice work by Roansy to pitch out of trouble against that line-up.

Cruz continues to struggle at the plate. I’d sure like to see him find an answer before he goes home for the winter.
