Castro showed power in the minors. Hayes did not. I think the best case scenario for Hayes would be to hit .270 or so and get on base enough to bat 1st or 2nd. There is nothing to suggest that Hayes will ever hit with power.

That was a tough loss. Crowe just couldn’t get it done in the 9th. Cost the team the game.
