Yesterday prior to the game, as well as during it the announcers were talking about Maggi getting an AB because his time in the Majors may be short since Reynolds will be returning to the team on Tuesday for the Dodger series. I just have a hunch that tomorrow the Buc will send to Indy CSN, and keep Maggi on board for a short time. I like CSN, but I think he needs regular at bats to be a successful player. I am guessing Maggi will get the chance to fulfill that dream to play in a Major League game after 13 years in the Minors.

I have never seen Drew Maggi play, but I have seen 100s of Drew Maggi’s. Thrilled for him and any player that takes the path he took. I would be very surprised if he is not in the lineup tomorrow night. That will give his friends and family a chance to be there for his debut. Hope he crushes it.

I wanted him to go north with the team. He earned it in ST and I was quite emphatic about it. Hope he gets a start Tuesday.
