Instead of walking batters, Chapman is throwing strikes for HRs. If anything could get Cherington fired,it might be signing the over the hill Chapman for $10.5 million. Chapman’s poor season shouldn’t be a surprise. He’s been declining for 4 years.

Golly, there’s nothing like listening to Block and Walk maintain a banter that’s superfluous to the game for 9 innings.

Certainly agree with Bobster- Chapman was the biggest mistake
of Cherington tenure so far. I doubt if anyone will take a chance on him.
