Nice to see Bae up to play some CF and maybe use his speed better than last year. Looking at the roster though TellezTubby is still here. Let's hope they make some moves in the next day or so.

Why isn’t Bae leading off and McCutchen dropped to 6th?

Perez wobbly in the first inning throwing 29 pitches. Giants pick up two runs on a two out error by Cruz. How much more does Cherington have to see of him playing shortstop to finally understand he can’t handle the position? 2-0 Giants, Pirates coming to bat.

For anyone who feels that Cruz should play SS, I hope you
saw Cruz drop that easy pop-up with 2 outs that resulted in
the Giants scoring 2 runs.

Bucs can only manage a Cruz two out single in the first.
