At least they didn't trade him to a team that will fix him.
Joking aside, I really hoped they could have kept him. I still think he's going to be a stud.

They used to say a player was sold to another team. Now they say he was traded for cash considerations. It just means the Pirates received money.

I think it's just a policy not to say how much.
