The Angels do their best impression of the Bucs in the 7th by stranding the leadoff hitter, who doubled, at second with three ground balls. It’s what bad teams do. 4-1 Bucs in the 7th.

I’m sure Cole Tucker is a wonderful young man but I’d never want him playing for the Pirates.

Nice of Joe Block to explain to us who Mickey Mantle was. He does that any time a past player is mentioned. So as Walk was comparing Trout to Mantle, Block had to add, "Mantle; the New York Yankee great."

Keller with a terrific eight innings of work tonight. He’s at 93 pitches. Does he come out for the 9th?
