this off topic forum. Too many clowns on here who I am sure is the reason for the
bandwidth interruption which we have experienced too often.

It was only your phone call that had me come over to this part of the site for the first time. I don’t know anything about the threads here, or what effects the bandwidth for that matter but, if this General Category thing is causing the interruptions, then doing away with this is okay with me.

It's not the forum. Somehow our registration setting got changed to allow anyone immediate access. That was the problem when we first got this site up last year and we fixed it. I don't know how that setting got changed yesterday. But the setting has been fixed and the spammers are being banned and deleted.
