This is it, the last game of the season. There ain't no more of them until March or April. I wish all of you a happy off-season and that you all stay well. We have some off-season threads going on to be sure to post there.

It seems that Possum is throwing in the towel.

Lost track of time. Just tuned in. I see Jackson has kept them off the board so far through the 4th. He’s had some decent outings. I’d keep him around next year as a long man or sixth inning guy. Bucs also scoreless I see.

Bucs go in order in their half of the 4th. Still no score. Always sad to see the last day of the season, especially when we’ve seen progress and a handful of guys could use a lot more at bats.

Hey, Possum, I’m hoping we have a lot of posters around for the offseason so we can have some lively discussions. Baseball’s never really out of season for a lot of us.

Bido takes over for Jackson in the 5th.

Bido with a perfect 5th. He’s another guy who’s earned an opportunity to make the team next year.

Bucs three up, three down in the 5th. The teams and umpires must’ve gotten together before the game and agreed to play at warp speed. Still no score.

Marlins pick up their second hit, a two out single. Still no score. Jackson threw only 49 pitches in his four innings and Bido has thrown 24 in his two innings. Love that efficiency.

Joe starts the 6th with the Pirates second hit on the afternoon.
