You know it seems like we are snake bit vs these guys. About time, we turned the tables on Madden and his club. They are not the second coming of the 27 Yankees. Sure Rizzo, Bryant are sticks to reckon with. Arrietta has been a bit wild lately. Lets put it on the Cubbies this weekend and head into the All-Star Break with a winning record

I sure hope so. My daughter, the only Bucco fan in her Chicago law firm sure hopes so. Her two kids also hope so. Her husband, he couldn't give a hoot. Not a big baseball fan and besides she would smack him if he rooted for his hometown Cubbies in front of the kids. ;D

By the way, the daughter has been know to take a road trip to Milwaukee and St. Louis to see the Buccos. I think that if they ever play the ChiSox at US Cellular I want her to take me along to a game. As payback for all the games she went to with me as a kid.

I saw a game at the White Sox back in 2009. It was a weird experience. With upper deck tickets you could not get into the lower deck to walk around.



However we met a nice elevator lady who snuck us into the basement (offices? can't remember too well) to see the WS trophy. That was pretty cool.
