Anybody else get the sick feeling that Jeff Locke is gonna throw a complete game shutout against the Bucs today?? Need this win today to at least salvage a split in this series before facing a very good Rockies team and then the Cubs coming in here next weekend.

I must admit Diaz had fallen off of my radar, but it sure looks like he can play baseball.

Diaz right now making the Pirates look bad giving Cervelli that rudiculous 13 million dollars a season contract they gave him for 3 years. Too early to say now but if he keeps this up consistently and can stay healthy I definitely want him in the lineup everyday over Cervelli.

Even if Diaz hits .250 with a .680 ops, he's the better option over Cervelli. So if he's able to actually hit better than he has in the minors, it's not even a question that our best catcher is going to be backing up our 11million dollar glass Joe

They must have had one hell of an organizational meeting when making the closer change. I never would have guessed Hurdle would use Rivero to get four outs in back to back games.
