Wow. 31 pitches in the first for Nova. He's usually through 3 by the time he throws that many.

This is an important game to gain some ground. Last night was unfortunate as a sweep and four game swing would have been huge.
Nova has to get this done.

why is Chase Anderson having a career year now (at least so far)? seems like he should have trouble pitching in Milwaukee's home ballpark.

His ERA is good (lowered big time his last five starts), but he has only beat one team with a winning record and has faced four of them.
His stats might not say the whole story. He doesn't scare me.
