Going to go out on a limb to predict that Kuhl will go 7 innings tonight. Searge will hypnotize Kuhl into believing that the Cards line up is no better than AAA.

I also Tweeted Hurdle to make sure the line up was posted early and Diaz was catching. Mission Accomplished.

Frazier

Harrison

Jaso

Freese

Bell

McCutchen

Mercer

Diaz

Kuhl

Cubs lose to the Marlins so we can pick up a game on them with tonight's win.

Brewers, though, beating up on the Braves

Chance to finish this trip 5-2 with some very winnable games and series coming up within the next week or so. Time to start a long winning streak.

3-2 as Leake spits the bit in top of the 3rd

Cards are only batting .500 in this game. If Kuhl can get it down to .250, we got a shot at holding the lead.

He's at 41 pitches through 2 innings... :-?

So he has issues, and might even need to go down to AAA for a bit, but where did Kuhl's stuff come from? I remember him projecting as someone who threw in the low 90's, am I mis-remembering that?

Diaz the more he plays I feel is going to make Cervelli and his ridiculous contract more and more expendable.

He's got decent stuff but a 5.37 ERA. He is young and a Blue Hen so I think he's got some time to figure it out.
