maybe the Bucs are not as high on Diaz as us fans.

That could be. They don't want him overexposed. They plan to trade him over the winter. I suppose that would be possible. It's also possible Hurdle just really likes the way Stewart plays the game.

Yeah, I believe Hurdle greatly values Stewart's defense. But I don't think he'll be back next year. I expect Diaz and Cervelli to catch in 2018.

Appears that the Cardinals know that with the Pirates there is no such thing as a safe lead.
