I am hoping Josh Bell is tired and not that he's messed up his swing again. In the last 14 games he is 7 for 47 (.149) with 1 XBH and 1 RBI.

Are Brewers fans happy with a starting pitcher making his debut as they are only 1.5 back from the Wild Card and 3.5 from the Division against one of the worst teams in baseball?

He looks like he has an exaggerated emphasis on getting lift on his swing. Heck, he probably feels the only way we will score is if he goes deep.

His swing has always looked to me to be awkward. He does seem to manage power with it, though.

Got to keep running him out there this season. No matter what he does though he can't be counted on for anything next year. Anything good he does next year is a bonus.
Hard to believe but the front office was counting on him coming up and being an important part of rotation this season.
