The new #40 prospect?

At the end of April I posted a new top 40 prospects list, moving up those who just missed the poll onto the top 40. Well, Colin Moran, you spoiled my new poll with your 131st at bat. The new top 39 are:

Notably we don't have a shoo-in for #40. Richard Rodriguez is still a rookie, but he's also 29. So since this may be the last time in a while that we lose a player, why not a poll for #40?Not adding Bae, Apostel, Inoa, Acuna or any player who hasn't played in the US (might as well add prospective draft picks if I did that). I didn't include guys over 25 (Stallings, Gaffney, Baur). No doubt I missed someone, so let me know who you think should be #40.
