No-hitter in Bradenton

Oddy Nunez, the 6'8" lefty, pitched an 8 inning no-hitter today for Bradenton against Ft. Myers. The game was called for rain, and Bradenton won 5-0.



An interesting side note...the catcher was Hunter Owen, catching only his second professional game. In his first game on Friday, Bradenton gave up 14 runs and Owen had 3 passed balls. Good progress.
