Another huge miss by our scouting department.  Touted as a plus defensive catcher coming through the minors, but would he hit?? Turns out he can hit, but is a very poor catcher.   



We just can't trust what's being peddled, especially when it comes to defense.  They have no idea and they prove it over and over again

I've not been to critical of Polanco, at least he's a threat to hit a home run, but I swear I am just shocked at how disappointing Josh Bell has been this year. He definitely needs to be sent down to Indy and told to get serious about hitting or he'll not be back. It is shocking that this team doesn't have anyone close to a legit clean up hitter (#4). For that matter we haven't got a legit #3 hitter or leadoff man. Bell's swing is just awful, can't understand why CH doesn't sit him and give Osuna a chance to play every day, at least he can play a decent 1st base. Hurdle and Huntington have got this team in such a mess, couldn't do any worse if you were trying.

Diaz has been very impressive all season as a hitter. He was supposed to be very good defensively but a suspect hitter. But he's been a very good hitter but suspect defensively.
