Feliz down; McRae up.

Not sorry to see Feliz optioned. But Alex McRae "earned" his promotion from AAA with a 4.76 ERA and 1.597 WHIP to go along with his 3-8 record. And while a W-L record isn't necessarily a good indicator, McRae's 8 losses include 2 games giving up 6 ERs, 1 with 5 ERs and 3 with 4 ERs as well as 2 non-decisions giving up 4 ERs. He's not fooling AAA hitters. Maybe he'll do better in MLB. ::)
