Have seen Swaggerty play 5 games and he deserves his AS nod.  Hope he does well.  Also chosen from the WV Black Bears are:  Cam Alldred and lefty P chosen 24th Rd in 2018 out of U of Cincinnati , Mike Gretler a 3B chose in the 10 Rd in 2018 out of U of Oregon.

South (WVa's side) division of the New York - Penn League scores three in the bottom of the first for a 3 - 0 lead. Swaggerty did not come up to bat though.

The second inning ended with runners on first and third when the pitcher hit 22 pitches. Is that a normal rule for short season ball?
