Two members of the 60 Pirates also won a second WS as fellow team members of a different team.  Who are they, what other team and year of the second win? What is significant about one of their numbers?[reason]To clarify the question[/reason]

Clemente-21 and Mazeroski-9 in 1971. Both numbers are retired. The Clemente wall is 21 feet high.

I think Dick Groat went on to a Cardinals team that won. No idea otherwise.

Dick Groat-SS and RP-Bobby Shantz were members of the 1964 Cardinals WS team 8-)

Dick Groat wore the same number, #24 on both teams, Pirates of 1960 and Redbirds of 1964

Scratch Bobby Shantz, and substitute Dog Face, Bob Skinner as the 2nd member of the 1960 Pirates WS Team to appear in the 1964 WS with the Redbirds 8-)

You got half the answer correct in Groat and Skinner.  How about the second half of the question?  Maybe the third time is a charm for ya!  8-)



P.S.  Shantz pitched for the Yankees in the 60 series and did not join the Bucs til 1961.  But he did not pitch for the Cards in the 64 series.
