It's much better news than we expected. But I suspect he will be on that 10 day DL much longer than 10 days.

For sure. I wouldn't be surprised if it was most or all of 2019.

At least they think there's a chance he won't be out too long or they would have put him on the 60 day list and opened a roster spot on the 40 man. I guess they'll monitor his progress to decide later if that's warranted.
