Bell gives Bucs 2-0 lead. Agrazal gives up HR on 1st pitch.

Another great game by this Pirates offense as they continue to swing the bats well and are up 8-1 going into the 6th inning. Nice start for Agrazal he has been good and should definitely get another shot 5 days from now. This Pirates offense is pretty good and has really been swinging the bats very very well.

Yeah, I don't like the strategy of throwing a AAA pitcher against a good hitting Astros team just so Musgrove doesn't have to take his normal turn but it's working out tonight. The offense looks good and Agrazal has done well.

We really do have a pretty darn good offense. Dickerson had a monster game. Really want him resigned. I know who Osuna hit the HR off of, but he looks like a totally different hitter this year. He has value. Newman again doing it with the bat. Liked what I saw from the rookie starter.

Can't have Bell not start at first.

We should punt more often.

This is starting to look like last year where they show enough signs of life that NH can't make a decision which direction to go. Makes the trade deadline difficult.

Currently, there are 6 teams ahead of them just for the 2nd WC spot. They would need to make a lot of headway in 1 month prior to the trade deadline before making moves to upgrade the roster was worthwhile. And if they could do that well before making moves, they probably wouldn't need to make any moves. :)

And that's clear if he's looking at the number of teams ahead. If he looks at games out, right now they are four games out of a wild card spot and that's close enough I could see him being undecided, especially if they hang around that area.
