Geez Louise! Newman is not playing! One of the hottest hitters in MLB especially on the road is being replace by a no stick and glove guy!

Normally I would agree with you. But I just checked, and he has played 15 days straight and only had one game day off in August.

Heard about the leg tightness at the top of the game on tv today. No reason to play him today and risk further injury that would longer than a day or two!

Brault throws 70 pitches through 6.
69 straight fast balls.
#70 is a breaking ball for a SO.
Now he hits a HR.
Never seen ANYTHING like this.

Seems like just a couple days ago people were calling for Frazier to be replaced by Tucker, and moving Newman to second even if he only hit .240. People need to make their mind up. Do you want a decent hitting ss with an average glove or a shitty hitting ss with a good glove. Keep frazier and trade tucker. We know what we have with frazier
