PPG reporting that Nutting has hired Travis Williams as the new team President. He was COO of the Penguins for eight years (I think) and is currently with the Islanders. His hire would mean the new position would be focused exclusively on the business side, with no meaningful input on the baseball side, since he's a hockey guy.

So again, winning baseball games is not the priority. Better business practices which will put more money in Bob Nutting's wallet is.

Well, I can't say this is true or not with him, but making a better organizational structure absolutely COULD make the team better on the field.
