This is from a Cleveland site (via MLBTR) but it does list the important off-season dates --

I guess the biggest date for the Bucs is the February arbitration hearings. Josh Bell has earned a hefty raise and you know Boras is going to be aggressive with his offer.

Could determine whether Josh is gone at the trade deadline.

The arbitrator has to choose the most reasonable of the 2 offers. So the Pirates can't go too low and Boras can't go too high because if either side does that, the other side will win. Bell will end up with a market value contract for a player with his years of service and stats. But the Pirates don't like to pay market value. So if they wind up trading Bell to avoid paying his contract, it will be because of Nutting's cheapness; not because Boras demanded too much money.

One date not listed is the date Winter Rosters are set. Usually that date is around November 20 th or 21st.

On Bell's salary, MLBTR has it estimated at 5.9 MM.

They should make an offer close to that figure, and avoid any arbitration hearing.
