Ji-Hwan Bae takes the 9 spot on the prospect poll quite convincingly. Would have added Michael Burrows by request but he's already there. Added Blake Cederlind by request. If it's anything like last year, just about any AA-AAA arm has a chance of at least breaking the majors, and he's got a good arm.

Brubaker, Ponce, Castro, Glendinning, Economos, Sulser and Owen have been requested and that's the order I will add them unless requested otherwise.

The results so far:

1. Mitch Keller, SP, 23, AAA/ML, 63.2% of the votes

2. Ke'Bryan Hayes, 3B, 22, AAA 79.6% of the votes

3. O'Neil Cruz, 21, SS?, High A, 71.7% of the votes

4. Quinn Priester, 19, SP, Rookie, 23.6% of the votes, won run-off for #4

5. Travis Swaggerty, 22, OF, High A, 42.6% of the votes.

6. Cody Bolton, 21, SP, AA, 31.2% of the vote

7. Tahnaj Thomas, 20, SP, Low A, 32.7% of the votes

8. Mason Martin, 20, 1B, High A, 46.2% of the vote

9. Ji-Hwan Bae, 20, SS, Low A, 41% of the vote

I would have voted for Brubaker, but he's not on the list. In his absence, I chose Lolo Sanchez.

Methinks our AAA team will struggle this season, but if Brubaker returns to pre-Tommy John form, he could be our breakout guy.

Maybe at some point add Robbie Glendinning. He's having a great winter season in the Australian league. Versatility in the infield and good (apparently) hit tool. High in the league in a number of categories.

I hear ya about Glendenning and his success in Australia. Only thing is that he is a run of the mill SS prospect. The Bucs have both Newman & Tucker already on the 40 man roster and 3 younger & more talented prospects, Bae, Cruz & Alemais ahead of Robbie. Having seen him play when he was in Morgantown I do have to say he always played with heart and hustle but it takes more than that to be successful in the upper levels of MiLB and eventually MLB. So I say pass on Robbie, but also keep and eye out on him as he may get it together and jump to the level of player who is worthy of being on our list.

Will Craig will at the very least make it to The Show which is more than most remaining on the list will ever do.

Craig wound up ranked higher last year and had a pretty good year, but a lot of people weren't happy about where was ranked. I think he will be a major leaguer sooner than later. 0D3F33332715363F3237383F5E0 wrote: Will Craig will at the very least make it to The Show which is more than most remaining on the list will ever do.

Jared Oliva will undoubtedly make the majors.
