Nick Mears takes the #27 spot. Adding another draft pick rated by both PP and MLB.

The reason for no poll for 29-30 is due to psuinpgh21 having an accident has some pretty serious injuries.

How did Kevin Kramer fall off the OBN Prospect List cliff? Kramer is going to get a lot of playing time at Indy this season. If he hits, he'll get a callup.

for me, his lack of hitting last year was a big red flag. We'll know soon if that was just a bad year or if he has topped out. Maybe he was a little discouraged by being in Indy two years in a row.

But he's already gotten closer than the people left on the list are likely to. If the other players get as far as he has already it'll be considered a mild win.

But he's already gotten closer than the people left on the list are likely to.  If the other players get as far as he has already it'll be considered a mild win.




Its a mild win in that they beat the odds and get at least a cup of coffee in mlb. However, at this point in time they may have a better chance of contributing to the Bucs in the future than what Kramer has. Kramer may be turning into a Jake Elmore or Corbin Joseph.
