Question About Service Time

If they play baseball at all this season, it would appear that Super Two status would no longer effect a players service time. If this is the case the Pirates may have Hayes join the team whenever the season opens. Possibly I may not be correct with this, so if anyone understands the current rules regarding players service time since the postponement of the season they can shed some light on this.
