Starling Marte's Wife Passes Away

John Heyman is reporting that Starling Marte's wife died today. It sounds like a blood clot, perhaps. But, I don't want to speculate. Prayers for him and his family.

Oh...I now see Starling posted it to his twitter. He said it was a heart attack.

Incredibly sad news. Thoughts and prayers for Marte and his family. What a tragic thing to have to experience, especially at such a young age and with 2 young children as well.

The report is that she was in the hospital awaiting surgery on her broken ankle when she had the heart attack.

Does anyone know if she was in a hospital in the U.S. or out the country. MY wife says that sometimes a fracture causes a pulmonary emboli(blood clot) which can go to the lungs or the heart.
