5 Stars of the Bucs 4-3 Win Over the Reds on 9/4

I was frustrated by Game 1, but the second game made my day!
5th Star: Adam Frazier gets my vote vs. a weak field. In the 5th, Frazier singled Kevin Newman over to 3rd and Newman scored on the DP. If there was an RBI to award there, I'd give it to Adam. He was 1-for-1 with 2 walks.
4th Star: Sure, it was a "vulture win", but lefty Sam Howard earned it nonetheless, and I wonder if our new piching coach - or someone in the new coaching team - has an eye for talent.
3rd Star: Rich Rodriguez has probably frustrated me more than any Pirates pitcher, but not last night. That was a shutdown save.
2nd Star: Ke'Bryan Hayes made a big impression on me when I saw him in Syracuse last year. He's not disproving it now. Hayes showed SPEED on his triple. His 2-for-3 brought his OPS up to 1.186.
1st Star: Anthony Alford actually showed more speed than power with that game-tying, 2-run triple in the 4th. And his aggressive running and speed turned a short passed ball into the go-ahead run. Wouldn't it be Sweet Karma if Alford proved to be the reverse of Jose Bautista? If the Blue Jays gave up too early on a future star, to the Pirates' benefit? I'd like that!
