Jason Mackey is reporting Ke’ Bryan Hayes is being recalled for the Tuesday game against the Cubs.

I am going to assume that Riddle will be sent to the alternate site when Hayes arrives, and Martin will get sent out whenever Anthony Alford gets called up. Both Cherington and Shelton had positive reviews for Alford over the weekend, so I going to guess he will be recalled very soon.

I think Osuna will be set out to make room for Hayes. The Bucs brass seems to love Riddle and hate Osuna.

I forgot that Reynolds is on paternity leave, so I bet Osuna is one of the three players who gets optioned out in the near future whenever Reynolds returns, and Hayes and Alford join the club.

There is always hope with a top prospect that he'll make a difference of some sort. I like defense, so I'm optimistic on that front. I'm just not sure he hits at the ML level (and yes, we can't be sure on anyone until they do). I don't have the sense he's been strong on that front in the minors, and ML pitching is a lot more polished than what he's seen so far. Is there reason to think he'll be able to stick in the lineup from an offensive standpoint?
