If Burdi is not able to come back healthy , he's the favorite to close IMO.

It would be great to find a shutdown reliever. Maybe Cederlind can be that guy. OTOH, Arquimedes Caminero threw 98-100 and couldn't get anyone out.

Totally mismanaged by old Ray, the guy never threw the ball up in the zone always down, down, down. I wrote about it when he was with Pirates. 98 up is a lot different than down. Seems the high fastball is now in vogue. A high hard fastball has always been known to be almost impossible to hit to us old timers.

Searage wanted everyone to pitch low in the zone. Glasnow had the same complaint. >:(

yeah, pitchers go up the ladder with the fastball for a reason.
