1. Adam Frazier (L) 2B

2. Ke'Bryan Hayes (R) 3B

3. Colin Moran (L) DH

4. Josh Bell (S) 1B

5. Gregory Polanco (L) RF

6. Bryan Reynolds (S) CF

7. Jared Oliva (R) LF

8. JT Riddle (L) SS

9. John Ryan Murphy (R) C

Chad Kuhl (R) SP

Well, Shelty, earn the SOG today by playing Bell at 1B, Riddle at SS, and Murphy at C. Kuhl can take things off today without ruining his chances for a spot on the team in 2021 and let the Cubs keep it close and then the BP finally has a big meltdown.

I always want the Bucs to win, but with the season they have had, and their chance of getting the #1 draft pick next July I hope they lose a couple games in the next 4 to hold off the charging Rangers who have lost three in a row.

The only rational explanation for Riddle at SS is that the Rangers have 19 losses and are a threat to unseat the Bucs for the top pick.

Then again, what is rational about Shelton?

Appears the Lumber Company has shown up. 4 homers this afternoon. They may end up losing the #1 draft pick next year.

We even suck at sucking. If there was ever a time to NOT have a winning streak.

I haven't really cared about the No. 1 pick all year but now that we're this close we may as well get it.

Most Pirates thing ever is that Kuhl, Brault, Musgrove, Brubaker and Keller all suddenly get good when the team is 20 games under .500 and the season is over. God forbid they do something like this WHEN THE GAMES ACTUALLY MATTERED.

Bob now has a perfect excuse to do nothing in the offseason. Not that he needs much of an excuse.

Pirates starting pitcher ERA over the last 10 games is 1.62.

Again ... just in time for it to not matter.
