What a lineup. Reynolds is one of the few who's been hitting. So he's not allowed to play.

After a 2-0 count to Moustakas (the 6th straight ball from Kuhl), Marin visits Kuhl and McKenry calls it "a great visit by Marin." Following that great visit Kuhl walks Moustakas to load the bases and then walks the next batter to force in a run. Then a sac fly. Then a 2-run double. I guess we are setting the bar pretty low on what constitutes a "great visit."

McKenry talks way too much being a color guy and his voice sounds like he is struggling through puberty.

Such a dramatic difference on display this afternoon ...
Both teams are back around to their No. 1 starters today.
For the Reds, that means an actual good major league starting pitcher.
The Pirates don't have any of those.
There will never be a game this season when the Pirates send out a starter and everyone thinks, "This guy is really good and it's reasonable to expect 6-7 strong innings today with 2 runs or less."
That ain't happening.
I don't see how this team gets to 50 wins with literally no starting pitching.
