After Cahill's last outing when he was throwing batting pracyice, I am not optimistic about our chances today unless we score 10 runs

I guess Ka ai Tom won’t rejoin the team until next week when they are home due to Covid-19 protocols. I know he was 1-16 with the Athletics, but I am interested to see what he can do. He could be a bust like Alford, and Fowler, but he could also provide some offense to the lineup.

Polanco with an accidental double.

Yesterday Difo was called out for running inside the line to 1B even though the throw was wide and uncatchable. So there was no interference with the ability to catch it. Today Todd Frazier was running in the same spot and collided with the 1Bman who couldn't hold onto the ball as Frazier ran into him. But Frazier was not called out so apparently that was not interference. ::)

Neither pitcher looks very athletic.
