I guess Shelty got his marching orders from BC, Pooplanco is playing again tonight. BC must have a special vision and sees light at the end of the tunnel for Pooplanco. ;D ;D ;D

In a PG article today, Cherington says:

“We've got to find out more about our outfield group. Who can be part of what we're trying to build here? We have an expect to continue to give opportunities to different guys, just to learn more about them. And Gregory is one of those guys. Gregory is part of that group and we want to see improvement over time out of that entire group, and Gregory is one of the guys in that group."

It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to know Polanco will not be here next year. So the comment about trying to build and learning about the players and "And Gregory is one of those guys" seems slightly disingenuous. Since that can't be the real reason Polanco plays, it can only be in hopes of trading him if he ever improves. Good luck with that. ::)

Possum, it's critical to ride the current streak Polanco is on because there's little chance it'll last beyond today.

Is it just me, or does Anderson look like Guasman's twin brother?

That was a whopper! We need to keep this Cherington quote handy for the day that will come very soon when Polanco is released outright.

One thing we've learned about BC is he says that stuff I think to back the manager, but he has no problem getting rid of guys most quickly.

All of his HR's seem to land in the same spot. They name those seats after him, but Crawford boxes is already taken
