Tucker Must Be Hurt

Tucker has not been in the Indy lineup for the past three or four games. The Pirates say they want to give him playing time, but if he is not hurt there must be a reason why he is on the bench. I am beginning to think he is not part of their future.

I think this spring was his chance to prove he was part of the future and he didn't do it.
He seems like a great guy, but if you can break into the worst team in baseball that's not a good sign.

Simply put, Cole Tucker is not a MLB player, and that's all there is to it. He can't hit. Attitude and personality are important, but it begins and ends with having the goods.

Simply put, Cole Tucker is not a MLB player, and that's all there is to it. He can't hit. Attitude and personality are important, but it begins and ends with having the goods.
Just think, one all star level season and a couple almost near all star level seasons, and he was on track to be doing Head and Shoulders commercials with Polamalu

Now he's on track to be selling it from behind a counter.

Tucker is not in the Indy Sunday starting lineup. He is not on the Indy IL. Something is up regarding him. If he is not on the IL, I kind of wonder if they are holding him back because another team has interest in him.

why would they not play him if another team is interested? I can see that when a deal is about to be made so there is last second injury. However, it Tucker's case he needs to play to show his talent or lack thereof.

Sounds like he has quit so not sure how that works it's happen before he thinks he's better than he really is. We really need a shortstop I'm ready to look at Cruz.

I could understand him being angry if he's not been given an opportunity but that can't be the case. As a #1 choice he gets more of a chance than anyone else. If he's failing to get on the field it's because he's not willing or able to apply what they're teaching him, or he doesn't care. It's looking more and more like if he's going to play in the big leagues it's going to be with another organization.
