Glad to see Reynolds resting. With Frazier back in the lineup we wouldn't want to see too many runs scored in Coors Field.

It's so ridiculous.

With Moran out with an injury, you don't LITERALLY HAVE to rest Reynolds, just because he was "scheduled" to rest.

But I guess he's been working so hard lately and we need to keep him down to around 120 games so he'll be fully rested and ready to go for the playoffs.

Tom and De Jong will be the first 2 batters for the Bucs in the 3rd inning. De Jong at .143 has the higher batting average.

This may sound like a broken record but I keep thinking about Molina at 39 years of age starting all four games against the Pirates. He is a catcher for goodness sake.

HOFer Cal Ripken was another who didn't realize the importance of not playing.

The Polanco heating-up period relentlessly marches on as our hero has managed two groundouts thus far.  In the meantime, GMs around baseball block Ben Cherington’s phone number.

Polanco is sizzling. He is ever so close to .200.

Will he rise above it again before he’s released?
