LA Times with a story boohooing how "unfair" the Dodgers could possibly have the second best record in MLB but still be relegated to the one game Wild Card.



Yeah, NOW it's a problem. Hey crybabies, want to hear something funny? In 2015, the Pirates AND the Cubs, the two Wild Card participants, had better records than everyone in MLB....except the Cardinals.



Yeah, not only has this happened before LA, it's happened in an even worse "so unfair" scenario.

The Pirates had gone 11-1 against the other division champions (Mets and Dodgers), the Cubs 10-4.

I'm sure the Dodgers will find a way to throw money at the problem.

They'll change the rules because the Dodgers are whining about it.



Just like they changed the rules of the draft when the Red Sox whined about it.



Just like they added a playoff team when the Yankees were sad that the Rays started beating them to the playoffs.
