The Twins have signed J T Riddle to a minor league contract. Won’t have to worry that he will be returning.

Tigers signed Del Pozo to a minor league contract. He was awful for the Pirates last season

That will be his 4th organization in 4 years. Teams are willing to take a flier on him. Until they see him pitch.

It is amazing how teams take chances on players who have not performed very well. Maybe the tigers think they can get him turned around. I am no scout, but he did not impress me at all. He was like adding gas to a fire.

Our Don Leppert, catcher in the early 60s ang longtime coach, seems to still be around at 89.
Another Don Leppert, who briefly played second for the Orioles in the 1950s, died on January 5. RIP
