I wonder- is there anyone in the greater Pgh area who has less security than this man? Granted, he has an automatic apology, but there is no way that I would accept that job unless I had a five-year guaranteed contract. I hope that he has incentives, just in case he pulls the rabbit out of his hat and implements good programs regardless of record.
